What Service Do I Need
Some cleaning services seem quite similar and most clients often get confused when having to choose the one they really need. We put together the main characteristics of the most commonly booked cleaning services and how they are different from one another, to help you decide which service fits your current needs and circumstances best. ​

1. One-off Cleaning
One-off cleaning is NOT the same as deep cleaning. It is more thorough process than the regular domestic cleans, but it does not cover wiping of the insides of the cupboards, oven cleaning or any other appliances. It is suitable for households that are preparing for an event at home or haven't had a professional clean in a while. It could also be arrange after a party or a large gathering.

2. Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is also commonly known as spring cleaning. It covers a lot more areas in the properties, including the insides of cupboards, the fridge and some other appliances cleaning. Oven cleaning is an extra service that can be added to the quote if the customer requires it. Deep cleaning is essential for all households at least twice a year and can be carried out at any time.

3. End of Tenancy Cleaning
​
This is the most thorough type of cleaning. It includes all areas in the property and usually requires the use of strong chemicals. This service is carried out when the house or flat are vacated from the previous residents. During an end of tenancy cleaning the team will clean all appliances and all furnishing that's staying the property inside and out. Carpet/upholstery cleaning are booked separately as an extra.

4. After-Builders Cleaning
​
This type of service is similar to end of tenancy cleaning. It is carried out on an empty property after a recent refurbishment or builders activity. It takes a long time to complete because of the fine dust that builds up on all surfaces as a result of the renovation works. It does not include appliances cleaning.

5. Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
​
This is a specialist washing or cleaning of your carpets, upholstered furniture or mattresses. There are various methods that can be used depending on the fabric and your specific needs. Carpet cleaning with eco products is recommended for households with young children, people with respiratory conditions or allergies, and pets.

6. Ironing Service
​
This service includes collection of your washed and dried laundry, professional ironing and delivering the ready folded items back to you. Prices are based on type of clothing and weight. You can see them here.

7. Commercial Cleaning
​
Commercial cleaning is provided for business premises, i.e. offices, shops, cafes, restaurants, factories, schools, nurseries, leisure centres and more. Quotes are always based on the specific needs, size and condition of the property and require a site visit before being sent to the enquiring customer.
